Seascape Residence Stavros

Totul a fost peste asteptari. Proprietara ne a ajutat de fiecare data cu toate informatiile solicitate. Unitatea de cazare este moderna, formata din doua apartamente (unul la parter si unul la etaj), insa apartamentele sunt total independente, doar parcarea este impartita. Apartamentul de la parter este foarte mare, utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie, cu o gradina f bine intretinuta, doua terase, gratar si dus exterior. Cei care au comentat anterior au specificat ca casa este intunecata, insa acest lucru este datorat copacilor inalti care confera umbra si intimitate fata de vecini. Unul dintre dormitoare nu are AC, insa nu este nevoie pentru ca cel din living si cel din dormitorul mare merg foarte bine si raceasc intreaga casa. La sosire gazda ne a intampinat cu mici atentii: cafea, dulciuri, racoritoare etc. Intrucat intr una dintre zile apartamentul superior a fost liber, gazda ne a oferit posibilitatea sa utilizam terasa de la etaj care are vedere la mare. Multumim gazdei pentru tot si speram sa revenim!

Nu este cazul, totul a fost foarte bine.

La casa tiene todas las facilidades que se puedan pedir. La señora fue muy muy amable en todo momento con nosotros y estaba muy limpio todo. Pasamos una estancia muy agradable. Al lado tiene una de las mejores playas que hemos visto en Creta, con una oferta variada de restaurantes en la zona.

Como punto a mejorar que había poca iluminación en general, teníamos que tener las luces encendidas casi todo el tiempo, era oscuro. Por otro lado la parte de arriba de la casa estaba alquilada a otras personas y no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza que si salía en las fotos cuando hice la reserva.

Die Unterkunft war super! Da wir schon etwas früher als gedacht anreisten, haben wir Marianthi (die Gastgeberin) gefragt, ob wir schon früher in das Haus könnten, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht, um selbst zu kochen. Die Aussenküche mit Grill und der grosse Garten (alles zur alleinigen Nutzung) sind wunderschön und laden zu tollen Grillabenden ein. Auch die Dusche war fantastisch. In Stavros selbst hat es ein paar sehr schöne Strände, gute Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt, in welchem wir alles gefunden haben. Die Stadt Chania ist in nur 30 Minuten erreichbar und ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt hat es weitere tolle Strände. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Stavros und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist schon etwas älter und quietscht daher etwas beim Drehen.

We loved everything about this place during our 10-day stay! The house is very cosy and comfortable, and it is extremely well equipped, with great cooking appliances, plenty of shower towels, bed linen, a washing machine, etc. Everything was super clean.. Marianthi was an amazing host – she welcomed us with breakfast items, fruits, and drinks, which was such a lovely touch. She also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and shop for groceries nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended!

The internet didn’t work very well at night, but it really wasn’t a problem for us
