New Boho Home with Balcony, Private Garden and Communal Pool

The house was very pleasant and really well equipped for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was amazing, especially in the summer, and the beds were very comfortable. The patio is also lovely and well maintained, and overall the house has everything you need for a few days away

The patio light wasn’t working, and the solution offered was to take a lamp from one of the bedrooms outside. Considering the price of the stay, this felt a little disappointing, especially in summer when being able to enjoy the patio in the evening is a big part of the experience. We stayed for four nights and unfortunately found cockroaches every day. I understand that insects can be more common in warm climates and around gardens, but seeing them daily made us feel there may be an issue that needs some attention. There was a repellent diffuser in the house, so some of them appeared already dying, but they were still present throughout our stay. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the downstairs bathroom, possibly made worse by the limited ventilation.

Me gustó mucho la decoración, el pequeño patio con jacuzzi, el que la cocina estuviera muy bien equipada y el hecho de tener aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y en la zona de cocina-comedor (estancia principal). También la zona residencial, con piscinas y restaurantes y dos supermercados fuera pero muy cercanos. Y, por supuesto, la cercanía al precioso pueblo de Nerja.

El baño de la habitación de abajo desprendía un olor desagradable, como a tuberías sucias. Y, sobre todo, que había cucarachas dentro de la casa. Nos las encontramos al llegar al apartamento el primer día, pero no fue un hecho aislado, sino que tuvimos todos los días, pese a dejar tapados siempre los desagües y a utilizar el insecticida que encontramos en el mueble de la pila. Creo que se deberían tomar medidas serias en este sentido.

Sofa sehr unbequem.

The property was gorgeous and much bigger than we expected. Lovely to have some snacks and refreshments on arrival as we had a late flight. The layout was well thought through and we enjoyed the balcony leading from the top bedroom. The pool area was great and friendly and we enjoyed the local Cave Bar where we had fish and chips on our last day which we can highly recommend.

There was a small problem with small moths downstairs in the bedroom but not harmful. We also had a couple of much larger insects on arrival but once we left the aircon on they didn’t bother us again.
