We loved the spa and pools. The staff are amazing ! We had a very good experience and would recommend this location

Very nice studio, well appointed, in a stunning residence with pools / spa access and a great restaurant on site.

Upon arrival, I specifically asked about the possibility of hosting a guest. Since I was travellling solo, and renting out a 2 bedroom studio, seemed logical that this would be fine. I was told by the receptionist / host that this was no problem, the guest simply had to sign on a register if coming for a few hours, or in case of an overnight stay, they would need to show proof of ID. When I did eventually bring a guest, I was told by another person that it wasn't possible, that pre-authorisation was needed first. I explained that I was told this would be ok at check-in, to a lady that was friendly, but did not speak a word of english (a little strange for a residence that clearly targets international travellers). Eventually, my guest and I went to the onsite restaurant, but once on our way to my studio, were more or less treated like criminals trespassing on a private property. My friend had to leave, after receiving threats from the security guard to call the national guard... This was completely over the top ridiculous, was kind of humiliating for both my friend and myself, and left a very sour taste in my mouth. I did receive an apology the day after, apparently it's possible to have a guest, but you need to let them know way in advance...makes you wonder why they employ security guards and receptionists. I would also say that in places, the residence is starting to show a few cracks. The spa, in particular, had a number of facilities out of order (steam room, circuit), and was looking a little tattered.

always overcrowded gym, not enough equipment to enjoy the workout. Not easy to communicate with front desk staff, very poor English.
