Great location, nice large bedrooms, big eat-in kitchen & two living areas. Very comfy & having a laundry was a huge plus!
The main bathroom toilet kept running after flushing so every time someone had to open the top and fix the flapper. The master bath shower door seemed like it was misaligned & was a little scary to move. Both just need some TLC…. It was quite cold when we were there & we felt bad that the heat ran so much to keep it warm.

The best part of this property was the location. The outside was very nice too but we didn't use it.
Although there was a coffee maker, there was no coffee or tea to be found, except for a wrapped "gift box" containing cleaning supplies wrapped in tissue. Lol. There was only one full-size bed for a couple and two rooms with twin beds, so the house is suitable for a family, but not for multiple couples, which doesn't make sense for wine country. There was a squeegee for you to wipe down the showers, which were already full of soap scum. The hand soap in the bathroom was a cheap Halloween soap dispenser when we were there in July. The towels were dingy, with one of them for makeup remover that smelled, which was not fun running your face through it. We talked about how the towels were hotel towels but at the same time said they were more like Motel 6 towels but hey, I was happy to find this place at the last minute when our rental booked for the holiday weekend when we already had plans to visit Sonoma. I run my own short-term rental with nothing but good cleaners and a handyman, and this house needs a good property manager who pays close attention to details. The house has full potential.
