The apartment is big, well equipped, comfortable,
and cozy. The neighborhood is alive and well connected to the city center.
Internet wasn't working.
The heating in the master bedroom upstairs wasn't working 😢 my mum had to sleep on the couch cause the room was freezing cold.

j'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, l'appartement est très sympa, les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de séjour/salon également.
La propreté laissait à désirer, par exemple les poubelles sont placées juste à côté de la table, elles sont ouvertes donc les odeurs sont présentes,
le rideau de douche est trop long donc cela baigne dans l'eau,
il y avait une bouteille en plastique scotchée derrière une porte pour éviter que la porte tape sur le mur,
la cuisine n'était pas nette, dans la bibliothèque du salon, il y avait des habits sales roulés en boule.

The location is great and it has seating and provisions for enough people. The little outside courtyard is great.
It's just run down. The WiFi doesn't work, the bath taps don't work, the stairs are a death trap and ripped carpet makes them even worse, there's a pantry full of open half eaten foods, the sofas broken, the mattresses need replacing. No lock on the bathroom door. Also be warned that one of the beds is essentially a futon so very low to the ground. I did report the WiFi and the bath almost immediately and a maintenance manager text me straight back, but never actually arranged to resolve the problem.
