Quiet and in a very good location with great facilities. 10 minutes walk to local Spar shop & 15-20 minutes walk into town. I needed to retreat & it was perfect for one person. I loved listening to the sound of the sea at night. I could quite easily live here, stuff the washing up!
I soon felt at home as it was cosy. The shower was fabulous & all worked well. Plenty of loo roll, shampoo & conditioner, bleach & washing up liquid, very thoughtful.
The directions need to be made clearer, I arrived in a taxi & it was difficult to find as I had to keep wiping the rain from my glasses & phone. Directions need to be given from the eyes of a stranger & made much clearer & perhaps the front door could be painted a noticeable colour. When searching for an address most people use landmarks so this should be born in mind in giving clearer directions.
I think the mattress & sofa need updating. The sofa eats you, it was difficult for me to rise from. The bed was big & quite comfy but I could see it was padded well with mattress pad & the sheets didn't fit well. I slept ok but it could have been better.

What a gem of a place! Compact and clean in an excellent location with stunning views! Lovely, comfortable big bed and modern powerful shower. Enough facilities for a short stay. Great communication from the owner. Loved the outside balcony with sea view. Also lots of little extras like tea, coffee etc and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Strong, free WiFi and free, safe parking. Would definitely go back again and recommend to others.
Not a dislike, and it is in the details, but nowhere to cook apart from the barbecue, and nowhere to wash up as one very small sink. Didn't affect us as it wasn't an issue, but just so others are aware.
I did notice a strange smell by the locked door at times. Also would be good if you could see out of balcony either from higher outside chairs or lower/ glass wall. Just a suggestion!

It was very clean, loved doing a bbq on the patio and the view is stunning. Catered for self catering well. Nice shower towels provide. So close to the beach. Lovely restaurant on the beach excellent views. Great food ect.
Not a criticism just to advise people to take provisions or go to the Sainsburys in Newquay 20 mins away if your self catering. Local shop shut down.

Great location, 6 minute walk to Fistral beach, 20 minute walk to town, really convenient. Private and quiet.
The shower was amazing too!
The pictures of the view out of the property look great but only tell half the story, the balcony overlooks the back garden which is overgrown, and a dump for all sorts of random bits from old bikes to wheel barrels, ladders, etc.
The property has an horrendous old and musty smell, the mattress is completely caved in and so is the sofa which made both very uncomfortable to use.
Cleanliness not a great standard.
Bedding was inadequate for the session, thick winter bottom sheet and heavy duvet for a late September stay!
Pointless bbq on the balcony as it would be impossible to wash anything in the micro sink in the bathroom.
