Excellent location and nice apartment how ever it wasn’t as clean as I’d like and it was in need of a new bathroom and en-suite.

It was well equipped with everything, kitchen was great.

Under floor heating wasn't enough for me, was cold quite alot, a plug in heater would have been ideal, for april.

Could of been a little better kept, a little dusty but not really a problem, a few cracked kitchen items, patt test on appliances wasn't up to date, iron wasn't working, sockets loose, single room wasn't as pleasant as I would of thought

Really close to the beach.

Not really a sea view. Very noisy upstairs, kept us awake, like they were wearing concrete boots. Bedrooms right on the main road so was very noisy. Dirty apartment, needs a revamp. Couch dirty, bed linen dirty, pillows all yellow. No shower or tap outside to rinse sand off. Double bed really squeaky. We left 2 days early as had enough of the noise.

Absolutely loved our holiday, the apartment was fantastic, and the location was perfect for us.

Easy to collect keys, secure parking. Well organised. Good facilities and a very pleasant apartment with an amazing location. There are so many stunning beaches to visit within a short drive, I'd have no hesitation booking again for next summer.

Really nit-picking now - there were cleaning products to clean the dishwasher and washing machine, but no actual dishwasher tablets to clean the dishes or washing powder/liquid to wash your clothes. Just one tea towel. Not major gripes, but considering the price of the apartment, having these products plus maybe a pint of milk in the fridge and a couple of other staples in the kitchen would have been very welcome after a very long drive down to Cornwall. Slightly pricey? But maybe thats just a sign of the times!

Lovely, bright and very clean apartment with everything we needed. Very close to Fistral. 15 - 20 min walk into town, longer if you walk along the beaches and headland but definitely worth doing

We had 2 cars with 1 designated parking space. There are a few visitor spaces but they are restricted to 24 hours. There is main road parking but it was always pretty busy

Lovely comfy cosy stay in modern apartment

Very good location close to the beaches and shops. Loved the apartment as it was bright and had heated floors which is good as we went when it was very cold! I would love to come back to this apartment when its warm and sunny as I'm sure the little balcony would be useful then and enjoying the view of the sea!

Only had 1 problem with the gate access code which was quickly resolved when we rang booking.com
