A really nice and spacious apartment with gorgeous sea view. The property had everything you could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. The only slight negative for us who are in our seventies was the lack of restaurants or pub close by, apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful and well appointed apartment so close to town and the beach. We had plenty of space for 4 people and the 2nd bathroom was a real bonus. The washer dryer was another bonus in such a small but well-appointed and functional kitchen, which we used a lot! Beds were so comfortable and we slept well. The balcony afforded fresh air all the time and a stunning wine-time view of the ocean. A minor challenge getting the key situation figured out but no big deal. Couldn't have been a better visit at Fistral Beach.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed as a family of 3 but it can comfortably accomodate 6. Really clean and spacious, good facilties, great location a 5 minute walk onto fistral beach with stunning views. Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful trip to Cornwall, made even better by Jon and Niamh's lovely apartment. The apartment has amazing views of Fistral beach and the beach can be accessed by a very quick 5 minute clamber down the rocks, which was ideal for our family. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and Jon and Niamh were really responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a lovely 2 week family holiday in Newquay and we were all very pleased with our apartment . It was really clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The views of Fistral beach were fantastic from the balcony and it was so handy to get to the beach down the little road at the side of the apartment building it took less than 5 mins to get on the beach. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again . A great holiday !

The accomodation was superb! Before our travel date going to newquay, we had plans of exploring more outside places, but since the place is very homy, clean and with best sea view, we spent more time inside the flat. Every essentials are available. They have board games which my son enjoyed. Thank you so much as we had our quality time that we never experience in London. We will definitely back and book the same accomodation. The owner is very accomodating and made sure the transaction is smooth.. Thank you

This is an excellent property in a quiet location that is convenient for good beaches and a good route into and out of Newquay that avoids the busy town centre. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen that includes a washer/dryer. The view of Fistral beach, which can be accessed in a 10 minute walk, is superb. If we return to Newquay in the future we would use this apartment again.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've booked the apartment which probably tells a story! Always clean, tidy and comfortable with enough space for a family of 4 or 5. It fit our needs quite nicely. We like to walk. The apartment was just a mile into town for restaurants and grocery store. It was in a more residential and quiet area. Five minute walk to Fistral Beach, twenty minute walk to scenic Pentire Headland. The shower has a bit of a step up, so slightly challenging for the old folks but they made it work. Assigned gated parking a definite plus, the views spectacular. The owners were also very helpful with all of our inquiries. Oh and if you get Covid you can turf your spouse out to the pull out sofa. 😉

The apartment at Ocean 1 is real gem and difficult to find fault. The apartment is clean, spacious, has wonderful views with a short but very enjoyable walk into Newquay. A great base for walks on the beach, surfing and enjoying the many bars and restaurants. Will definitely book again!

Great place, location good but not frontline to beach as I thought. Could do with information pack for visitors with directions to town centre. Also a smart tv would be nice. Excellent facilities but no "little touches" as we have previously stayed in apartments that have bottles of wine, cake or a little something to welcome you. Was my birthday hence the time there, which was a shame

Amazing views from the apartment over Fistral beach. Very good for us as we spent most days on Fistral and didn't have to worry about parking. Apartment light airy and spacious, comfortable beds and good showers. We used the sofa bed as there were six of us, good for 2 small children or 1 adult. There is also plenty of room for a blow up bed which we needed.

This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was honestly perfect for us and we had the best holiday. Location is amazing, the view we loved. Clean, really well equipped and not a thing we would change. Communication from owners was so clear and organised. We even bumped in to the cleaner who was lovely too.
