Great find

The location was brilliant, we did Disney a few days and explored Paris the others. There was a coffee machine! Supermarket nearby for essentials Balcony was nice and felt safe Shutters are black out, loved that. Beds were comfy although I noticed no pillow protector on pillow. Shower had good water pressure. Kitchen has everything you need.

Mostly very good

The property was great, very comfortable. A good location to get the train to Disney. A good location for the supermarket and other shops.

Our main issue was the expected instructions for accessing the property didn't arrive the night before as promised. I had to phone booking.com twice for their help. As we had no internet access when travelling we had to go to the local McDonalds restaurant to try and access their internet so we could get the details. Although the instructions we then received were helpful, especially having the photos, no mention was made about the key fob, especially as it was needed to access the garage and waste disposal area. The grill tray in the oven hadn't been washed, there were bits of food all over it. There were wet tea towels and cloths in the cupboard under the sink.

Did not have a comfortable stay

One fan was not working. Beds not comfortable. TV did not work. Train station is a 12 minute walk. 10 am check-out time is too early. Contacted the host to fix the fan and TV. However, their staff was not available bcoz of evening time and Sunday. This is not fair for the guest.

A great option to stay near Disneyland if you don't mind the short train ride and walk.

The location was great; the area felt very safe and that's important considering there is a short walk from the station (about 800m). There are plenty restaurant options, even a great boulangerie near the station so breakfast was sorted. There is a McDonald's just across the street from the building that's open till 4 AM so really no concerns related to food here. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned when we checked in, and all the basic needs were taken care of. Just remember to read the instructions that are sent from the property in your app inbox; for example taking out the trash yourself and cleaning the dishes before check out is expected from you else there is a €50 fine.

The check-in was extremely later, after 5 PM. Since we were travelling with heavy bags we had to rent a locker in the Marne La Valley train station and could only check in the apartment after 6:30 PM. I understand that previous guests are required to check out by 10 so the next check in should be allowed by 3 to give ample time for cleaning.

Weel equipped, comfortable in an excellent location

easy to get to Disneyland, quiet town with decent shops and places to eat and drink. easy access to Paris too. great accommodation that is well equipped and comfortable.

The only issue is the building site next door, but if you’re out most of the day as we were it isn’t a problem.

will visit and stay at this apartment again

Location very good as we came for Disney Land Paris. Bussy-st-Georges train station was about 7 mins walk from the apartment. and Train to Disney Land Paris was every 2-3 mins and takes about 7-8 mins.

Only 1 tea towel and Bath towels were 1 each. we stayed for 5 days and expected at least 2 Bath towel and few tea towels.

Great value for money

The apartment was big and comfortable for a family who doesn´t want to stay in a small room of Parisian hotels. You can take the RER (train) to Paris Champs Elysees (40minutes), to Disneyland 7 minutes. Perfect is the private parking in the garage.

Missing hand towels in the bathroom/WC. Missing bedlinen for baby cot. The dishes, as they are washed only at 30minutes program at the end of the stay by the previous host, are to be re-washed at your arrival.

Exceptional

If you want to be close to Disney park, than this accommodation is perfect choice. RER is very close, market too, building is new, apartment is comfortable. We did not use the kitchen, cos we was all day outside, but there are all what you need. Bed was very good, I slept like baby:-)) Shower is great, usually in accommodation is shower slow:-)) Instructions for the key simple. Stuff answered on my questions immediatly. Great:-)

Value for money. Great Apartment

The apartment was just as advertised, very spacious and great facilities. We had a corner apartment so plenty of balcony space which was great. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Communication from host was good and check in was easy. On-site secure parking was a bonus and free so all good! Great location for easy access to Disney, train station just a few minutes walk. Would stay again.

A 5pm check in and 10am check out wasn’t ideal, but not a major issue - just an hour earlier check in time would make a big difference, in my opinion for guests. But that said, the host did say he’d let us know if it became available sooner. Not a dislike, just a bit of feedback.

Lovely place and priced in stark contrast to capitalist-Disney.

Very clean and modern, easy train or drive to Disneyland

The arrival instructions were like an “Escape Room!” No probs once it was all understood, but after a 10 hour drive and with an irritable young family in tow perhaps I could a done with an easier ride at 22:30pm. The air conditioning looked like it had promise, but did not deliver.

Perfect location and apartment for Disneyland and only 30 mins on the train to Paris.

The property was exactly as it looks in the photos, exceptionally clean and had pretty much everything you’d need in the kitchen.

The shower isn’t attached to the wall, it’s just a shower head hanging down. Its still very powerful and does the job but you can’t stand up and have a proper shower.

Lindo apartamento y linda ciudad

Ubicación cerca parque Disney. También cerca de París, 1 hora en tren al centro. Bussy Saint Georges es muy linda ciudad, tranquila y tiene de todo. Supermercado y comidas a menos de 5 minutos caminando Apartamento cómodo y todo funcionaba ok

Solo fue un poco difícil localizar el edificio, quizás deberían mejorar las instrucciones para encontrar la puerta. Llegamos de noche y no fue fácil de encontrar. Por lo demás, todo muy bien
