Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zrozumiałe instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania, metrażowo dość duży, wystrój jak najbardziej ok.
Należałoby odświeżyć ściany oraz zrobić tak, aby woda z prysznica nie lała się po całej łazience, brak uchwytu na ręczniki w łazience, kran nie był mocno przytwierdzony i się chwiał. Zdziwił mnie też brak czajnika elektrycznego oraz podstawowych naczyń, takich jak duży talerz czy miska do zupy.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie praktycznie w centrum Elbląga. Jak na centrum to bardzo cicho. Parter, funkcjonalna kuchnia, wygodne łóżko. Wystarczająco miejsca dla 3 osób i 2 psów. Nie ma problemu z parkingiem. Jedyne czego nam brakowało to odkurzacz albo chociaż miotła, byliśmy z psami i chcieliśmy przynajmniej pozamiatać.
Lokalizacja, parking, bardzo blisko do Kanału Elbląskiego, dojście na piechotę.
