About this house rental
Come enjoy this Newly renovated - 3 Bedroom & 2 bathroom home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Casita Estrella has a wonderful backyard with a private pool(see FAQs for heating pool info) and hot tub. We gave this place a modern desert vibe with a vintage twist. Well stocked kitchen with coffee bar.
Great Central Location, with quick access to 101 Loop and 60 fwy. Casita Estrella comes stocked with all the basics you will need to feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV's with streaming capabilities, kitchens with all the essential items to cook a meal, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, and freshly laundered linens and towels.

You'll find a comfortable seating and 55 inch fire smart tv that you can just sign into your account (No live TV)

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
- This all depends on the calendar of bookings! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in isn't possible.
LATE CHECKOUT
- Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Contact the Host as all of this is dependent on our calendar of bookings, and an additional fee.
Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.
POOL HEATING FEE
Due to the high propane cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $55-$70/night OR $350-$400/week + taxes and Vrbo fees. These prices varies depending on time of year/weather. Please contact host regarding heating the pool. Using the hot tub is no additional cost.

The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and great to work with. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub heated up very quickly and the house was a perfect size for our family of 4. Each room has it's own ceiling fan, which really helped keep things cool in the AZ heat. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

The backyard was an oasis and so nice during the warm sunny days! The convenience of having a kid friendly space was really what sold us!

Everything about this house was great. The pool and hot tub were the highlight for the kids. There were a lot of pool toys to keep them occupied and a diving board for silly jumps. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Appreciated the laundry facilities and complimentary laundry detergent.
