Located in Twincreek Village, this home includes a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining room, and a breakfast nook, plus five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a family room with a separate office/sleeping room, a TV, a pool table, and a second kitchen. The primary bath has a large jetted tub. The outside hot tub is located under the deck which also includes a brand new gas barbecue. This home has free WiFi and five bedrooms, the primary bedroom with a king bed, two guest rooms with queens, another with two twins, and the last room with a twin-over-double bunk.
Passes to the rec center (offering a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, racquetball courts, and more) can be purchased for a nominal fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay at the property started off a bit bumpy (keyless lock batteries were dead), but after about 1/2 an hour, we finally were able to get VRBO customer support on the phone. They assisted us and we were able to get settled after a very long drive from South Texas. The cabin was beautiful, very well equipped, and very clean. There was an incredible amount of space with the multi level layout. There were 4 adults, 2 small children, and 3 college age teens in the group. The lower level was perfect for the college kids. Unfortunately, the downstairs refrigerator wasn’t working during our stay, but it wasn’t any inconvenience. For those with any similarly sized group, I would highly recommend this property.

Host interaction could be better. Most houses I've stayed at through Vrbo have very detailed instructions for the home including check out instructions and other info for the home. Vacasa does not and requires you to create a separate account for them.
