Everything was beyond perfect!

Gunther was very responsive and helpful with all our queries. The view from the terrace is incredible, which made our stay worthwhile. The apartment is cosy and spacious for four adults or more. The kitchen has basic amenities for cooking during stay. The supermarket is 5-8minutes downhill from the apartment. The apartment also has a private parking space for the guest car.
The only thing that surprised us was that no dishwasher liquid/tablet, hand wash or body/shampoo liquids were provided, as we have received them in most apartments we have stayed in till now. We were able to get the items from the supermarket, but a clearer description would be nice.

Our family stay was absolutely perfect in every way! The location was amazing—close to epic sights, yet nestled in cozy nature for total relaxation. The apartment is just steps from town shops and cable car but peaceful enough to escape everyday life. The terrace’s breathtaking view added so much value to our trip!
The apartment had two toilets, one shower, a parking space, two spacious bedrooms and a living room, each with its own charm. The living room framed a jaw-dropping vista of towering, magical mountains, while one bedroom offered a serene panorama of rolling hills and peaks. The second bedroom faced the neighbour’s roof—but for us, this was perfect! Our little one, who spent much of the trip napping, slept peacefully there without distractions. A thoughtful layout for families!
A special thanks to our host, who waited patiently for our delayed arrival and was endlessly kind and helpful. We’re so grateful for his hospitality (and only wish we’d had time to do all he recommended—next time!). Truly exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen modernen Appartement in ruhiger Ortsrandlage mit grandiosem Blick auf den Schlern sehr genossen. Der beschauliche Ort bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine gute Busverbindung nach Bozen und Brixen. Die Seiser Alm-Gondel ist schnell zu erreichen und wir konnten sehr viele schöne Wanderungen in der Gegend unternehmen, es gibt auch viele gespurte Winterwanderwege auf der Seiser Alm. Der Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus und ist bei Bedarf immer zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
