"Really enjoyed the property it was perfect for our group! Everyone was comfortable. Great temperature in the house. Lots of kitchen utensils and a grill. We were able to walk to a few places in town such as the Barrel and a Flying Dutchman boat tour. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach which was not too crazy busy, and very beautiful! Checkin and checkout were smooth easy processes. Thank you for having us! Would absolutely come back to this property."

We loved our stay at Park Point. The home was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 10 comfortably and we especially enjoyed the large screened porch with eating area and the beautiful side yard. We were there during the heat wave, so the upstairs bedrooms needed fans in addition to the mini-split air units. I don't know if it's possible to request those be turned on in advance of arrival, but wouldn't hurt if temps are high.Saugatuck and Oval Beach did not disappoint! We hope to visit again.
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
It was a very spacious house and I loved that each bathroom had a shower available. The house had a good yard and the screened in porch was fantastic! I do suggest that the hosts leave a broom or a small vacuum in the laundry room. It was frustrating not being able to sweep up any messes in the 3 days we were there. It was well stocked with towels and enough toilet paper for our needs. The house was in a good location for the beach. I will say, the listing gives walking distance for certain attractions, but the house is along a rather busy road that has no shoulder so we didn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere. Overall, it was a great stay and we would visit again!

Property was nice and served the purpose for our weekend. However, we felt like a few things could have been provided. Firewood, salt and pepper (bare minimum) a lighter for the fire, charcoal for grill. We asked about an ironing board and an iron and were told there was probably one but to bring our own just in case??? What??? Shouldn't housekeeping be keeping up on things like that? Outside Windows were dirty and just felt like for the money we paid for a 4 night stay, there might have been a few extra things included. We're used to renting from individuals not rental companies so we have lrarned our lesson.

House was an excellent spot for a girls trip! It was very cute and perfect for what we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The hosts were great, check in was smooth, the house had mostly everything we need. The only comment I have reflected via four stars instead of five stars under "property accurate as described" is that there is absolutely no way 6 cars can park at the house (garage driveway) as advertised. A maximum of 4 cars is more accurate. We had 2 cars in the garage (crossover and sedan) and 2 in the driveway (crossover and SUV). Even if there were 2 crossovers in the driveway instead of the SUV you could maybe (a strong maybe) only fit 1 more car horizontally across the end of the drive blocking the others in. Luckily, we had a friend with a residence near by and ended up parking some cars there as some girls needed to drive themselves for logistic purposes (arriving late and leaving early over the weekend). There was general AC for the downstairs and individual AC units in the bedrooms upstairs. The AC units upstairs function more like fans, I'm not sure how cooling they would be on a super hot summer day. They worked okay for us!We had a fabulous time! Saugatuck is a great place to visit!
