Beautiful, relaxing cottage

The cottage was amazing and was just right for my family of various generations - no arguments over the bathrooms! Bonus to have a hot tub and a beautiful garden to relax in too. Lucy gave plenty of information before & during our stay, and was there to help us in. A lovely lady 👌

What's not to like! Maybe that parking wasn't on site, and my 6' 2" son kept bumping his head on the low beams (we were warned in advance!) but there was nothing that would put me off booking a stay here again.

Beautiful thatched cottage property ideal for a short break.

Loved the period charm, not ideal for my 6ft 3 husband. Bruised head from the low beams.

The property and the garden were beautiful and the house was very well equipped with everything. Also very spacious and very tastefully decorated.

A minor issue for one of our group who had to dip his head walking through a couple of areas.

An amazing place to stay. A real gem

We have had a wonderful stay at Pilgrim Corner! There was everything we could possibly need, and the property itself was immaculate. Our doggies loved the garden, and it was also lovely for us to sit outside and enjoy the summer sunshine in such delightful surroundings. The hot tub was an added bonus – we all loved relaxing there. Thank you to Lucy and the team for making our family holiday comfortable and enjoyable!

Really lovely place

Spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house is beautiful and cozy and was perfect for us. Lucy and the team were very attentive and helpful.

We all had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the cottage and it’s beautiful garden

A beautiful old cottage in a lovely picturesque and quiet location. The garden is beautiful with a great hot tub and everything is well maintained. Parking was easy just around the corner. The owner and her staff member that we met were extremely helpful and informative

It could do with 2nd TV in another room/area. It would also have been helpful for us if a second bedrooms could have been made up into a twin. Otherwise all very good

Our family consisting of four generations recently enjoyed our stay here

Thoughtful touches - tea/coffee/milk/cake etc., on arrival at the property ; dog treats in bowl for our pooch! - toiletries etc., in all en suites - washing up items/dishwasher tablets/washing machine tablets saved having to take with us - high chair & travel cot provision - toys available - management team easily available for queries etc. - lovely location, quiet area - short walk downhill to the town (note uphill back!) - stunning looking cottage, beautiful touches eg flowers - beautiful garden ; sitting outside listening to the church bells on a Friday evening was delightful! - hot tub (loved by family members in their 20's) - something at the cottage for various ages/generations
