Location is great, 5 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and lake. Very clean and comfortable. A great welcome on arrival too.

Great location. Súper clean and well equipped.
Ground floor facing Torno street. Can be a bit noisy. Good quality windows insulate the noise quite well and it becomes quieter at night.

Die Wohnung, z.B. das Bad, war sauber und komfortabel, bot genug Platz. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, außerdem wurden wir mit Getränken und Keksen begrüßt, auch gehört zur Unterkunft eine eigene Garage, was für Como ein Vorteil ist. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief problemlos, hilfreich war auch eine Mappe mit Informationen, z.B. zu Restaurants. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in der Nähe der Seilbahn (Funicolare) nach Brunate, also nicht ganz im Zentrum.
Die Lage an einer befahrenen Straße hat eine gewisse Lautstärke zur Folge, worauf aber in der Beschreibung von vorneherein hingewiesen wird. Nachts war das Schlafen aber kein Problem, weil dann nur wenige Autos fuhren.
