La ubicación a unos 5 minutos andando de la estación de ferrys, autobuses y de tren y lo completo y aprovechado que estaba el apartamento.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a few minutes' walk from the center and the promenade. The garage that I rented (with help of apartmants owner) is located ten meters from the flat (only I had access to it). The apartment is absolutely equipped with all household appliances (from coffee machines and hair dryers, to washing and drying machines, etc.). Clean and tidy, the air conditioner cools the space perfectly. Entrance to the yard and the apartment are protected by codes. 5 minutes walk to all the main events - bus station, train station (Como Lago), place where the boats depart, cable car to the top of the hill, the old town which is the center of events. Conclusion - the accommodation is perfect, Lake Como really has a lot to offer, how much you will use it - depends only from you.

The only drawback is the noise from the busy street, but that is not the problem of the apartment, but rather the price you must pay  for the accommodation in the city center, as well as the tendency of the locals towards noisy motorbikes/cars

Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Gastgeber sind sehr nett und rund um die Uhr erreichbar.

Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Das bedeutet aber auch Verkehr und Verkehrslärm. Dieser geht den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht. Dadurch das die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gelegen ist, ist es noch lauter. Bad war leider etwas dreckig, der Rest sauber. Für die Parkmöglichkeiten wird leider eine Tagespauschale extra verlangt.
