Great place for accommodation!

Good and quiet location, spacious apartment for 2 families, private parking. Cozy day room terrace, great for gathering, easily accommodating 6 persons. The tables at the front lawn and at the back side, at the bedroom doors out, are really a good hit! Very convenient outdoor shower at the front entrance!

Nice house like u were able to see a good sunset thats all i can say .But to be fair i didnt expect it it like that had more space and a nice architecture . Hope they change some things cause i enjoy it even like that

ANTS a lot of them u werent able to use the kitchen all the time u had to clean the place cause there were ants everywhere even in the bed where i was sleeping.No extra toilet paper. Bad signal on the tv u werent able to enjoy a movie. Last but not least we never saw the host . A lady who was cleaning the house welcomed us in a language that i dont really remember what it was but mostly we talked with sign gestures .The keys where waiting us on the door .For the second door upstairs we didnt have keys thats why we nerer used it .

It was spacious and clean. It had iron and private parking.

There was poor internet connection , there were no shampoo - shower gels, it didn't have towel for our hands, there was no hanger to dry our clothes, we couldn't lock the 'door' during the night, it didn't have a hair dryer, it didn't have at least a bottle of water in the fridge.

Location was really good. very close to the beach and in the Elani forest.

We stayed for 8 nights . there was no staff and the room never cleaned during our stay even if we requested at least 4 times. Really embarrassing and disrespectful for staying during your holidays. The only lady was there not even speaking Greek or English.

Very nice villa, beautiful location, quiet and near the beach.

Our stay was magnificent at Elani-ElaiVillas! The property was really worth the money we paid for! The villa has two large bedrooms with a terrace, a big bathroom, a big living room with open kitchen, a guest toilet and a lobby. There were two large terraces in the front and the back of the villa. The modern kitchen was fully equipped with a big fridge, electric stove, electric oven, water boiler, sandwich grill, etc. The place was very quiet, surrounded by woods. No wonder one would encounter creepy insects, but what the heck, for those of you living in cities aren't you already bored of all the concrete? The location is really nice, full of nature and also very near to the sea. To go to the beach a car not a must! You will need one to get to this location though! And GPS!!! Unfortunately, we didn't meet the owner/administrator of the property. I talked to him over the phone a couple of times and he sounded very nice and also, very helpful! I will take this opportunity through this review to thank him again!

I almost always have something I don't like, it's that our stay at this property was too short! Jokes aside, I must point to one thing which bothered me a bit in this villa. The sinks in the toilet and in the bathroom were, unfortunately, too small. It is difficult to shave, for example, and not make a mess on the floor. That's the only issue, all the rest was perfect!

Good

It was very clean and spacious. The surroundings are very beautiful- olive and pine trees. Very well furnished and it has big terraces and a front yard. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to eat in.

The only downside is that it has only one bathroom and for four people is not very convenient but it has an additional toilet, so it is not that dramatic.

DISAPOINTMENT. DON'T GO TO ELANI FOR HOLIDAY!

Gradina cu maslini din exterioril vilei.

Neingrijit, SI INVECHIT; curatenia lasa mult de dorit. Mobilier invechit. Instalatii sanitare defecte, umezeala prezenta in casa. Apa care iese prin pardoseala de la baie. ObIectele de bucatarie si ustensilele aflate in dulapuri , pline de mucegai. Fara sapun si hartie igienica la baie. Vasele de toaleta sunt vechi si pline de rugina, necuratate. Colacul spart. Oare de ce pastreaza Booking aceasta proprietate in continuare pe site? Cand am am ajuns la proprietate pentru a prelua camera, frigiderul era defect, am insistat sa ni-l schimbe, desi initial cel care raspundea de proprietate ne-a inrebat daca vom avea nevoie intra-devar, ca oricum e sfarsit de sezon, si nu are ce face....; a trebuit s- asteptam afara inca 15 minute desi era ora la care convenisem sa facem check-in. Nu stiu daca e ok can mergi in concediu sa trebuiasca sa faci curat in locul unde stai.

Предаването на ключовете е лесно - получавате инструкции от домакина по телефона. Наличието на собствен паркинг и голямо удобство! Помещението всъщност е студио,а не апартамент с една спалня. Балдахина от снимката разделящ помещението не беше наличен. Безупречна чистота и липса на неприятни миризми! Възможността да седнеш пред жилището и да изпиеш сутрешно си кафе ,докато закусваш .

Кафеварката не можеше да се използва- каната беше пукната. Отсъствието на скрин или гардероб въпреки, че имаше достатъчно място за такъв. Дивана трябва да бъде подменен ,за да може да се ползва за спане. Лисваха указания как да се стигне паша до най-близкия плаж. Качеството на интернет беше ниско.

Suntem cazați în vila nr. 1 de la Elaia Villas, un loc liniștit și plin de verdeață, în mijlocul unei livezi de măslini și aproape de o pădure de pini. Zona e ușor muntoasă, iar tatălui meu i-a plăcut la nebunie – zici că am ales cazarea special pentru el! 😁 Vila este spațioasă și confortabilă, perfectă pentru 5 persoane – are două dormitoare separate și o canapea. Albiturile și prosoapele sunt impecabile, însă curățenia generală ar putea fi ușor îmbunătățită, există multe pânze de păianjen. Bucătăria e funcțională, dar ar fi utilă o tigaie mai bună și câteva lucruri de bază precum sare, ulei, condimente sau ceai/cafea – nu sunt incluse, deci recomand să veniți pregătiți. În rest, totul este perfect pentru o vacanță relaxantă. Plaja Elani se află la doar 5 minute cu mașina sau 20 de minute de mers pe jos – un drum plăcut, mai ales dimineața.
