Stavro's Stone House

A very nice place. The owner was very polite and helpful, she rushed right away to help us when our car broke. We liked the place ,which was quite and just what we need and like ,all appliances needed were available ,it had AC. And hot water all the time. Anytime we visit theregion again we will stay there again if available .

Nothing we didn't like.

The host are super Friendly and caring. The location is nice, on a hill surounded by trees, 2,5km from the nearest beach. Very quiet place away from the noisy and hot cities. There were no mosquitos at all. The AC seems new and work excellent. Good value for money.

The property needs a complete renovation. The furniture is too old to be used anymore. The apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors is for 6 people, but not if they are from different families, as 3 of the beds are in a room without a door, which needs to be crossed to reach the second room. The bathroom doors needed a hard push to close, the kids were not able to deal with that. The Front door handle often fell off. The terrace rail is not safe as the wood is rotten and needs replacement The Yard is not maintained, there is no green grass, a tree was fallen and not removed, and the yard door is very old and opened with a hard push. A suggestion to the host is to provide an Wifi which the property does not offer, is a must-have in 2023.
