Peace and serenity

Peaceful location, well equipped little place, suitable for one person only. in my view. I enjoyed hearing the sound of the river from my deck. Very nice to have a little sitting area outdoors. Just a two minute walk to the coop and other establishments. I did not get to meet the owners, but they were helpful and responsive if I had any questions.

It was unbearably hot inside with the Scottish heat wave! ( some sort of air conditioning would have been nice ) Not the most comfortable bed to crawl into! Lots of spider webs outside on the pod, furniture and in shelter

No hot plate / hon ring just a microwave so you can’t do a decent breakfast and the heat sensor/smoke alarm is directly above the toaster so goes off straight away

Perfect pod stay in Kinlochleven

Beautiful and practical at the same time! We loved the attention to detail, for example there are two power sockets at the end of the bed with a nice shelf to put your phones on while you sleep. There's a good selection of dishes and cutlery to use, including the all important bottle opener for that cold beer after a long day of hiking. There's a lovely sitting space outside facing the river. The location is absolutely perfect!

Good value for money, perfect spot to stay for a night on our road trip

Cabin had all the necessities for a comfortable stay (e.g. kettle, tea bags and milk, etc.). Check-in was convenient and easy. The location was convenient and it was nice and quiet.

Bed was a bit firm, but not uncomfortable. Shower might be a bit tight if you're a bigger person (though it was fine for us).

The taps were irritating. And the kitchen tap seems to give an electric shock when going from cold to hot. Hot was too hot and you couldn't mix in cold. Why not just have a simple mixer tap. Induction hob is terrible. One pan wouldn't work at all. Even though we followed all the instructions.

Exceptional

I love this place! It is a little treasure. The place was absolutely outstanding, decorated and furnace in a modern rustic way. You have your own private patio area as well. You can hear and see the river from the patio and enjoy a dram or a glass of wine out there if you’d like. My sister ended up needing a place to stay as well and we were in luck with an available unit which was equally awesome. Would love to come back and stay here again. The pictures I took do t do it justice! They thought of everything!!!!

I liked all the little extras like the coffee, ice, milk, books, take away menus. it was also very modern. The little garden with the fresh growing fruit was amazing.

matress was just a little too thin but still managed to sleep a few hours on it.

Favourite stay on WHW

Very well equipped, attractively decorated good shower, lovely location, very helpful host. This was our penultimate stay on WHW after our longest day and this felt like the perfect treat for us! Favourite place we stayed and would definitely return to stay another time. Thank you!

Despite it being May we wanted to pop the heating on briefly in the evening and took us a bit of figuring out as the heater was high tec! But this is very minor comment and pod was warm enough in the end.

Lovely lovely place to stay! Very clean and modern. Had everything you needed.

The only thing I would change was that the bed sheet was a little bobbly, it’s a tiny piece of feedback in an otherwise wonderful stay.
