When we visit Koh Tao again we hope this will be available because it was an amazing experience to stay here.
Felt like we were on top of the island. Quite comfortable and great view. Make sure to have scooter rented. Ireene Scooter rental will bring you one and drop it off then pick it up when done. Great price!
I can’t think of anything I was dissatisfied with, it is truly a wonderful location, price and experience. Staff was wonderful !

Good outdoor facilities, but the location and surroundings were challenging.
We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the balcony, which made the outside area very pleasant. The room and bathroom were standard, but water was included.
Unfortunately, the shower sometimes had only cold water, and the view was directly onto a large landfill, which we could sometimes also smell. The location was quite difficult without a scooter, and with the high taxi prices, it quickly became expensive. (Walking is also Not recommended!)

Kings of our own castle surveying the views
The views are fabulous. What a lovely villa. We were a family of four and loved hanging out in the large veranda with plunge pool. Plenty of space and Mr Lin and family could not have been more helpful.
There was nothing I didn’t like. It suited us to be out of town and on a hill. You are near to Ao Luek, the best snorkelling beach but as previously said you either need to hire a scooter or have a taxi budget. We really enjoyed zipping around in the scooters.

A very good property with an excellent host, if you are confident riding a scooter on difficult roads.
Very nice property in hills with view of sea..Mr Lin, who runs property, a very nice man and very helpful.
Only problem for us was that we didn’t realise there was no car hire on Koh Tao. We hired a scooter, but fell off as roads difficult for couple our age (73). We then had to use taxis to go anywhere which reduces freedom. We like to go where we please, when we please. The property is not close to shops or restaurants.

Very spacious apartment with great sunset view
Very cosy, spacious and comfortable apartment. The host is very friendly and helpful, doing all he can to make the visitors stay as expected. Very nice view from the terrace.
