When you find a bit of downtime, everyone can gather in the spacious living area complete with a plush sectional sofa, a TV with streaming capabilities, and an open layout that leads seamlessly to the dining area and full kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, be sure to bring along a few of your favorite recipes, as stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, high-end cookware, and an island will make preparing meals a breeze right at home. Unwind after a day of adventures by taking a dip in the splash pool, complete with a swim jet system and heater. Plus, you can keep it casual on warm summer nights by firing up the gas grill in the backyard with a favorite beverage in hand.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: The local boat ramp is close to the home. The boat dock can fit a 30-foot boat, no bigger. The home also features a bait freezer and two coolers that guests can use. If they are taken, guests will be charged to replace the coolers.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyed the yellowtail house and surrounding area. Description was accurate and the pool was actually bigger than what we thought it looked like in the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. Fishing in the canal was good and got to see a lot of different wildlife swim through from jellyfish to manatees. Overall a very good experience and would definitely book again.

The Yellowtail House features an ideal, private location with boating access and a clean canal for swimming and kayaking. Bikes were included along with coolers and a bait freezer for a nice touch of amenities. The Swim Spa/Splash pool was an added bonus after a long, hot day on the water. The inside of the house is nicely decorated with many nautical motif items added to the Keys vibe. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor grill makes preparing meals easy. The beds are super comfortable and the ac makes for a very comfortable stay. Absolutely loved this place!!

Great property for fishing family..up to 5. Good A/C, right on canal, central location in Marathon. Nicely decorated, well equipped , lots of things to enjoy..especially the splash pool.
