Welcome to this spacious, clean duplex in Marathon just one mile to 7-Mile Bridge and three miles to Sombrero Beach. Walkable to restaurants, mini golf, snorkel, and fishing excursions. This property features 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a full kitchen with all you need to make your meals, washer/dryer, AC, paper supplies, coffee, and WiFi. Book fast, this calendar will fill up quickly! B E A U T I F U L L Y decorated and perfectly planned floorpan, not at all "over-furnished" for a great relaxing vacation. Easy peasy and oh so convenient and comfortable. This property has it all and the location is perfect. Charity was super helpful, communicative, easy and kind. We LOVED being treated like guests ie: EVERYTHING was there. Even a full bottle of olive oil, ample paper towels/TP/tissues, not one corner was cut. Not one extra run to Publix because Charity knows what it is like to travel and stay. Thank you Charity, we appreciate you and all you did to this amazing home, xoxo
