- This property provides a 180 DEGREE VIEWS that have been called 'the best on the island'... most front row beach houses sit a ways back behind large dunes, which takes away the proximity to the ocean, the FULL ON OCEAN VIEW and the WOW FACTOR. Not this one!
- Find fantastic OCEAN VIEWS from EVERY ROOM (unlike most homes here where some of the rooms are non-ocean views).
- Watch SPECTACULAR sunrises, sunsets and moonlit nights over the ocean.
- Cook in the OCEAN VIEW KITCHEN while you watch your kids on the beach.
- Use the large covered OCEANFRONT DECK for reading, napping or alfresco dining.

The house was perfect for us. Having the beach as your backyard is awesome. The host was always a phone call away for anything you might need. We will definitely rent again.

The beachfront balcony view was exceptional. Very nice walkout balconies. Lounge chairs are available. Beach chairs would be nice as well and would provide additional seating. 1 lounge chair needs replacing. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and picnic table for grilling. The elevator to take luggage and groceries up was convenient. The living area was missing a fire stick, so we weren’t able to watch tv in this room. The owner was nice and tried to help over the phone and also offered to ship one from Amazon, but we didn’t want to set that up during our beach time. Downstairs queen bedroom also needs a new remote. The beds were comfortable and the A/C unit works great. The top bunk bed in the kids room is very high. I wouldn’t suggest small children. This room is also pretty small. Fits 2 kids comfortably. The washer worked good. The dryer quit working the night before we left. An error message kept displaying. So, it was nice to not have to clean linens on the day we left. Overall, we enjoyed our time here at the beach and recommend it to others.

The pictures on the listing must be from years back because the property was in desperate need of a face-lift. Im not a foo foo kind of person, but some things were just nasty. The view and location is amazing but some work needs to be done on updates. I took pictures to show what I mean.
