House was very clean and what was not in stock in the kitchen, we usually bring with. The few things we needed were in stock and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc.More than enough outdoor furniture and a Weber was a welcome sight for grilling.Beds were very comfortable, showers and bathrooms were very clean. Nice sink in the kitchen and the ice maker worked great as well. Only had to do one small load of laundry but the washer / dryer looked brand new.

Amazing Grace was just that! The views are amazing, the location-amazing, all amenities were amazing. Our family spent four nights and would definitely book this house again. If there was a negative, it was that the lift wasn't working. That would have been nice to have to carry all our things upstairs. There were also a couple of the plastic adirondack chairs on the deck that were broken but there's plenty of other seating. It did not stop us one bit from sitting out on the deck every night! Cobb Realty, as always, answered all our questions and concerns. We always rent from Cobb!!!
