Come make memories in our beautiful home and outdoor space! The Bella Vista boasts breath taking views of the Grand River Arm on Truman Lake and is a uniquely designed lake property perched above the trees gorgeous during all the seasons.
Are you looking for that special getaway that offers not only a comfortable home but a unique design with gorgeous lake views? Check out our unique open concept home tucked into the towering white oaks along Truman Lake featuring a pentagon shaped living and dining area centered around a gorgeous floor to ceiling fireplace and cedar inlaid ceiling and beams. This design is built for entertaining and enjoying time with your friends and family. At over 2200 square feet of living space and almost 1000 square feet of outdoor deck space, everyone will have room to stretch out and truly enjoy the peace and beauty of this area.
Perfect retreat for couples, fisherman, and small families. Boat parking available upon request. Sleeps 6 with two Queen bedrooms, a brand new custom built queen bed in the Four Season Room with 180° deck and lake views, and two full size futons in the main living room to accommodate for the kiddos or when single adults need individual beds.
Wildlife abounds here with deer grazing below the deck, fox love to come traipsing through, and so many turtles to be heard crunching through the leaves. Birds of all kinds can be seen singing from the treetops or munching at the stocked bird feeders.
This is a place for tranquility, relaxation, and time away from the hustle and bustle. Home has a strict guest count policy due to the limited water and septic systems. Please inquire privately for special requests. We do not allow the hosting of parties or events in an effort to respect the beauty, peace, and quiet of this area. You won’t have atv’s or golf carts running down the street all day like many lake communities as we are towards the end of a dead end road. There are no pets or animals permitted.

Wonderful location! Enjoyed the beautiful view from the porch and easy access to Harry Truman State Park. Hosts were very responsive and very nice.

Our third annual cousin's weekend at the Bellavista was an amazing time, as expected! The house is well stocked with anything we need. The deck is amazing, comfortable and very hard to make yourself leave. The new daybed in the sun room was a nice addition.We've never had complaints with this property and Aron and Jennifer always respond very promptly to questions or needs (of which there have been very few)!It was great to actually meet Aron in person this year. Thank you for the fresh eggs! Yum! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us and we look forward to being here again next year!

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The hosts are extremely communicative, and the house is very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our time out on the back porch looking at the lake, and we'll definitely be back again soon!
