About this house rental
Gatliff Getaway is a waterfront property on a quiet cove off of the Osage Arm near Warsaw, MO. Located just a few blocks off hwy 65 and just mins from everything! This property offers large open floor plan and beautiful deck, swimming dock, a place to dock you boat and the private community boat launch right next door! We can't wait to hear from you.... and PS the fishing is great too!
The property has chain link fence both front and back. We also have 2 washer and dryer's, one on main level and one on lower level for your convenience. There is also 2 full bathrooms, one on main level and one on lower level. The lower level is a continuous space that acts as a 2nd living room and at night offers extra sleeping areas. One queen size cabinet bed, one queens size sofa bed and a full bed on a platform.

I stayed here with my 5 older sisters for my Birthday. The view was amazing! The house was very clean and the host thought of everything for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time!! We loved the house and had loads of fun down on the dock. Water was very calm and the area was great!! Will definitely recommend to others and would return!

Annual trip to Warsaw to celebrate 4th of July with family. Stayed at this home since it was close to our daughter’s lake house where we all gathered. We were only at this VRBO to sleep and clean up. The home was spacious and has a beautiful deck that looks out over the lake. The updates in the home were very nice. The gravel road to the house is a little treacherous but it is a short distance. The owner responded very quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Warsaw.

So this place is just one or two exits from absolutely anything you could need out there. So when you've got kids and have to make 100 trips to Walmart like us, it's easy.Perfect lake location. Safe, quiet, place with a private dock for the boat, fishing, and swimming. It's just so beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need in a place to stay. Oh, and the deck is fantastic to sit out and watch the lake. It has a beautiful view to enjoy with a cup of coffee or to sit in the sun. The host was easy to reach and easy to talk to. It is a typical Missouri lake home with sloping walkways and stairs to and from the driveway and the dock, so make sure your group can maneuver stairs ok. There's only about 4 or 5 stairs from the driveway to the house, though, so getting groceries in wasn't bad.Parking is easy. The boat ramp is easy to access, and I would absolutely recommend staying here! Great for fishing and swimming :)
