Enjoy resort life…walk on the beach, take a dip in the resort pool, rent a catamaran or beach cruiser for the day, dine at the on-site restaurant or walk 1-block to several of the best dining options on St. Simons! Open your sliding door to the ocean front patio and enjoy the breeze & listen to the waves roll in! Located on the 1st floor of the highly desired north villas, your patio opens out to the sprawling lawn which is a perfect spot to let the kids play as you have your morning coffee or enjoy happy hour and take in the stunning ocean view. There is one designated covered parking space in addition to other first come first serve parking.

I’ve stayed at this property before and once again it was perfect!

The property is exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and stocked with all necessities. It is just a few minute walk from the door to the ocean which makes hauling small children and beach gear very convenient. Our toddler loved running on the grassy lawn in the evenings and my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sunset at night. Perfect for just adults or families.
