Full Amenities Package included. This listing features a 2 bed/2 bath condo available for rent year round. Our rates vary based on the season and length of stay. Our family LLC has independently owned this villa since 2001. Our villa is located at the King and Prince Resort on Neptune Road in St. Simons Island, Georgia. Full amenities package included.
Our 1250 square foot villa offers many upgrades. The HVAC & condenser for heat & air are 2019 models. The Master bath now features custom cabinetry, granite surfaces, & handicap friendly walk in shower ( 3 inch clearance). The villa also offers ocean front views from the foyer, kitchen, living, master bed, & master bathroom, & balcony . The expanded foyer features ship lap wood finishes on the walls and ceiling.
The villa has been renovated with tile flooring and shutters throughout. It features granite counters in the kitchen, bar, and bathrooms. It offers upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen and baths and built in bookshelves with mantle and fireplace in the living room.
The villa includes upgraded 163 mph blunt force, sound, hurricane resistant impact glass facing the ocean. This resistance glass features sliding doors from the living area and master bedroom opening onto the balcony. Sliding glass can be replaced with screens to enjoy ocean breezes inside the villa. The balcony offers tile flooring & an 8 piece teak furniture set for relaxing, dining, and oceanfront views.
Crabdaddys, Crab Trap, Beachcomber, & Fiddlers are all recommended restaurants within short walking distance. Use Golfnow.com for low cost tee time reservations. Sea Palms Golf is 5 miles from the villa. King & Prince Golf: 12 Miles. Jekyll island Golf: 20 miles. Choose a short walk to Ocean Motion for beach wear & bike rentals . See attendant under the yellow umbrella on the beach for chair & Umbrella rentals.

We had an excellent weekend stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as listed and communication was great. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view (and we’ve stayed at several at King and Prince). The covered personal parking space and ease of getting to the condo was great. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Also, you can use all of the amenities at the hotel. If ever booking again for St Simons, I will definitely look for this availability first!

Mattress covers were very dirty. Stains on foam topper and Mattress. These problems were on the twin beds. My friend made pictures of the mattress but I don’t have them. It was a lovely condo other than the dirty mattresses
