The home met our needs for 7 adults. However, it is more suited for 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space to relax, beach toys were used as well as the gas grill.

We returned to Cassine villageZ so many great memories. The home has a large common area that is wonderful for teenagers. We played pickle ball and enjoyed the pool. The beach is very close, bike rentals helped! Overall, great experience!

The location to the beach and in the quaint neighborhood was ideal. The size of the house was perfect for our 4 person family - 2 adults, 2 adult children. The house had most everything we needed. We loved the beach accessories - chairs, umbrella, and cart- and used them daily. The only negatives were some housekeeping issues - could have been a little bit cleaner overall. But otherwise it was a great stay!
