Welcome to Claire N' Bea by the Sea! Custom-designed by an award-winning architect, this stunning new beach cottage is perfectly situated along scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida, close to the breathtaking turquoise waters and sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Ideal for relaxation and fun with family and friends, this inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
On the first floor, you’ll find the master suite with a king bed, private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and a serene screened-in porch overlooking a nature reserve. The second floor includes another king bedroom and a guest room with two sets of bunk beds, plus a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional sink alcove for convenience. A cozy loft area overlooks the spacious two-story living room, creating the perfect space for quiet reflection, reading, or a refreshing afternoon nap.
Outside, unwind in a comfortable rocking chair on the front porch and take in the tranquil surroundings.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of homes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30-A has to offer.

You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

It is in a wonderful location. Very convenient to everything. It’s is only a few miles from the square. Only a few blocks from public access to the beach. It is a very safe neighborhood. The amenities in the neighborhood were wonderful. It comes with four bikes which is very nice because you can ride bikes everywhere. They have a great bike trail next to the road which is very safe. Highly recommend!

This house is 100% fantastic! I have stayed in many Vrbo houses and condos, and this one tops the list. The setup is perfectly suited for a family with older kids who can sleep in the upstairs bunk rooms. With a king sized bed/bedroom upstairs and down as well, there are great sleeping options for adults. It is beautiful inside and out, with a wonderful front porch swing and a cozy screened in porch on the back. We did not lack any amenity in any area, and the supply closet is full of any beach item you could possibly need. The bicycles were such an added treat. We rode all over Seagrove and into Seaside and Watercolor. In fact, we never drove our car in the three days and four nights we were there! I would hands-down, wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful house in Seagrove.

My husband and I stayed for five weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed the home! Cassine Gardens is a beautiful little gem of a neighborhood. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place for you! Easy access to the beach and surrounding shops/restaurants. Walkable neighborhood. Pickleball (on the tennis courts). Pool. There is a trail but it was a little tricky walking on it as there were a lot of cypress roots sticking out of the ground! The house was stocked with everything which we appreciated. The only suggestion would be with both king beds. The bed frames are chunky and only had the mattress and no box spring. So the beds sit lower than normal. We would absolutely stay again!

Vacation was awesome, the house fit 7 of us with room to spare. You don't have the ocean view from this house but it was literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. Several places to eat close to the house. They had bikes and the kids used them every night. A lot of amenities and shopping close to where we were at. would highly recommend.
