The process of renting and staying here was smooth.
The owner was very responsive.
BUT, THE WALK TO THE LAKE/ DOCK IS HORRIBLE. we rent on lake lanier once a year and this was the longest, steepest walk. We had to take several breaks walking back up.
We had wished someone had written this earlier for us to see, because we would not have rented had we known.

Comfortable and clean house in nice neighborhood with lovely view of lake. Enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table. Host was very gracious, easy check in.

This home was immaculate! Upon arrival they had chips and complimentary snacks! Everything was so clean. Our family gathered from Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. We had the best time hanging out on the deck and playing pool. No one would attempt the dock treck with me though, it was really steep, but made for a great workout . Nice quiet neighborhood, we even had a fire one night. Lots of wood available. Huge garage to park 2 full size cars in. Loved it! We plan to make this a yearly event.
