*NO HURRICANE DAMAGE* My Florida home is a 2-Bed 1-Bath (+Poolside Shower)single-family home with a private heated pool just 15 mins to St Pete Beach, 28 mins to Clearwater Beach, 14 mins to Indian Shores Beach, 13 mins to North Redington Beach, and literally everything is close by! It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a screened lania and solar pool . The fully private, fully enclosed outdoor space is one-of-a-kind with a pool, patio, and lounge chairs for guests to enjoy fully resting vacation.
COMMON AREAS:
The kitchen is fully equipped and with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). It is fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware and Keurig. Plastic plates and cups are provided for use outdoors and around the pool. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
The LIVING ROOM features a smart TV with cable and Netflix. Large windows let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine throughout the home.
The dinning area has a table and chairs for dining or breakfast .
THE POOL & BACKYARD:
Lounge poolside in the FULLY PRIVATE POOL AREA and soak up the warm Florida sun! Outdoor pool lounge chairs by the pool space for sunbathing.
Enjoy outdoor living totally screened (no worries about bugs or mosquitoes anymore). . During the evenings, relax outdoors. Backyard and pool area are fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy.
BEDROOMS:
The MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has a King size bed, Smart TV, and desk .
The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen size bed, TV, nightstand, and a closet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
The home includes beach towels. All bath towels and linens are included for a fuss-free vacation.
Please help us maintain these amenities so that we can continue providing them in the future - please DO NOT WIPE makeup on bath towels or washcloths. DO NOT FLUSH makeup wipes or feminine hygiene. Additional charges may apply for clogs or ruined towels.
Cars must be parked in the driveway, not in the garage or street.
FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE NOTE:
POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.
NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use plastic cups and plates. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.
NO DOGS OR PETS OF ANY KIND are allowed in the home.
**Pool Heating Fee:**
Enjoy our state-of-the-art pool heater. Unlike many others that have inadequate heating our heater guarantees a truly warm and enjoyable swim the entire year.
- **Free Heating:** Water will always be heated to **70°F** at no additional cost.
- **$20 per Day:** If you prefer the water at **80°F**.
- **$25 per Day:** For a warmer experience at **86°F**.
Please let me know at least **two days in advance** if you would like the pool heated, so I can ensure it’s comfy for your swim!

The house is about 15 minutes from the beach and other activities, but the location was convenient. It was a good spot and the host was very responsive with any issues I had.

Home was comfortable and just the right size for me and my husband! Would recommend basic necessities be provided; such as toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and hair dryer. Would benefit anyone that is traveling via airlines.
