You’ll love spending time in the park-like backyard – grab some coffee and start the day on the covered lanai. Jump into your sparkling pool to cool down as the day heats up, and then head inside to make some breakfast.

The open floor plan encourages togetherness, and the bright pops of color make the space cheerful and welcoming. The updated kitchen features lots of gleaming granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, not to mention thoughtful extra perks like an Instant Pot, making meal prep even easier. Dine together at the table for six, grab a barstool, or step outside and dine alfresco at the patio table.

After a day of exploring – or just enjoying the pool – fire up the gas grill to keep dinner prep simple and relax inside in the central AC while dinner cooks. Spend the evening watching TV together on the large sectional, and don’t forget to upload the day’s pics to social media via the in-home WiFi. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
