This spacious and open 2150 SF Luxury Home with HEATED and COOLED Private Swimming Pool is located just off Gulf Beach Highway and Big Lagoon, in a quiet subdivision, close to the beach. The large 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom upscale home is just over 3 miles (8 to 9 minutes) from both Perdido Key Beach and Johnson Beach. These are some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the World, with their world famous powdery white sand.

The home is also convenient to grocery shopping, beverage stores, restaurants, fast foods, convenience stores, gas stations and the World famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Beach Bar, Jaco’s Perdido, Sunset Grille Restaurant, (Many Others), which are only 5-15 minutes away.

Both Big Lagoon State Park and Perdido Kids Park are less than 5 minutes away and Historic Downtown Pensacola, where many events take place year around is only 12 miles away.

As part of the rental, you have access to a private Beach in Grande Lagoon. Only 1 mile away for a private location perfect for a day in the sun, kayaking or paddle boarding.

The home comfortably sleeps 10. There are 4 Bedrooms that include 1 King bed in the Master, 2 Queen beds in two bedrooms and A Single Bed with Trundle in the other Bedroom. In addition, there is a Queen sofa bed in the Den Area. All Bedrooms have large Closets, Ceiling Fans and ROKU HDTVs. Furthermore, the spacious Family Room includes Leather Recliner Sofas for additional comfort.

The spacious Family Room includes a 65 inch ROKU HDTV, DVD Player, High Power Speaker System with Bluetooth and seating with Leather Sofas and a Beachy Arm Chair. A High Speed WIFI is also included that supports video streaming from Netflix, Amazon Prime and others.

There is also a Den with it's own Smart HDTV and seating for 5 in a Sofa Sleeper and 2 Boho Loungers.

The well-equipped Kitchen with Island includes all of the amenities needed to prepare Fantastic meals, including a Gas Range, Pantry, and serves as a great gathering area. The home also includes a Breakfast Area and a Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Outdoors, the large covered Lanai has seating for 10 and is next to the Heated and Cooled Private Swimming Pool w/large outdoor area, to provide for endless summer entertaining, in this quiet neighborhood. There are also 4 lounge recliners by the pool, for additional comfort.

There is also a Ping Pong Table, Futon and Smart TV in the Heated and Cooled Garage for those that enjoy some activity before or after a swim.

For those with a Baby in the group, a High Chair and Pack n Play are provided for your convenience.

The spacious driveway provides parking for up to 3 cars.

For those that enjoy Golf, the Perdido Bay Golf Club is only a few miles away and prides itself on being the site of the Pensacola Open for many years straight, as well as being nominated for the "Best New Public Golf Course" award by Golf Digest. In addition, the Lost key Golf Club is just over 4 miles away and offers a beautiful waterside course in scenic Perdido Key, that was redesigned by Arnold Palmer in the early 2000s, with perfection in mind.

Other nearby places to visit are the Naval Aviation Museum, Lighthouse Museum, Fort Barrancas and Naval Air Station (NAS), which is home to the World famous Blue Angels, and are all a few minutes away.

For those that would like to visit other beaches close by, Orange Beach is about 14 miles away and Pensacola Beach is about 19 miles away.

Note: From Memorial Day Week through Labor Day Week, the minimum rental period is 7 Days, Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the Year, the minimum rental period is 3 or 4 Days, depending on time of year.
