Indulge in a Waterfront Pointe' of View
Indulge in a waterfront getaway at Pointe' of View! This 3-bed 2-bath canalfront home in the coveted Colington Harbour Community is perfect for fishing, crabbing, and boating right from your own dock and watching breathtaking sunsets right from your own deck! Centrally located off the bypass near milepost 8.5, a short 11-minute drive (4.5-miles) will take you to the lifeguarded Ocean Bay Boulevard Beach Access with parking, a handicap-accessible ramp and convenient bathhouse. And beginning in 2023, when you're ready for some freshwater fun, be sure to take a dip in the Colington Harbour Community Pool!
You'll find plenty of parking space as you pull into the driveway along with convenient covered entry to make loading and unloading a breeze. The laundry is located beneath the home in the utility room. Outside, a fish cleaning station and charcoal grill is provided so you can easily catch dinner off your private dock, clean it, and grill it right there in your yard! Before going inside after a day of playing in the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower.
The interior of this beautiful home is outfitted with a suite of comfortable furnishings and touches of coastal décor, making it the perfect place for relaxation. A large Flat-Screen TV in the living area along with accompanying movie and book library provides hours of entertainment during a rainy afternoon. You'll find everything you need to cook a delicious meal at home in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of prep space, and a counter island that seats 4. There is additional seating around the table in the gorgeous dining area offering an incredible waterfront view. House was as described. Easy check in and out. Clean and ready to enjoy our time there. Great location, close enough to the beach, and the neighborhood was great. Looking forward to coming back again.

We love neighborhood and all the amenities! The pictures are accurate so the home is a bit dated…. BUT clean and mostly well maintained. We really enjoyed fishing, kayaking and lounging on the large deck and boardwalk. The house is situated just 13-15 minutes from Harris Teeter, Publix, Target, ice cream shops, movie theater, and mini golf). Small things that could make the stay better: fluffier pillows, pool towels, cleaner yard (grass was a bit tall and equipment, dead leaves/branches around the side yard and in the covered deck area). All that said, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
