Les Arcs lies in the triangle between lavender fields, olive groves of Provence, gorges, rivers and the mountains of the Maritime Alps and finally the bays/beaches on the azure Mediterranean.
The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is ideal for 8 people to spend a holiday in peace or action and sporty. Les Arcs-en-Argens is the founding municipality of the Côtes de Provence wine-growing region and is very conveniently located.
On the one hand, there is the opportunity to swim in the sea on the coast (30 minutes to the sea, 45 minutes to Saint-Tropez), and on the other hand, you can also visit larger cities such as Nice, Cannes, Grasse. But you can also opt for an active holiday, among other things. with a visit to the Grand Canyon du Verdon (hiking, climbing and rafting/cayoning Eldorado about 1-1.5 hours away). But the focus is on the property!
It is located in a sprawling area right between Les Arcs-en-Argens and Trans-en-Provence.
The property is 4200 m², the living space of the house is 130 m² with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool. There are outdoor games such as boules, volleyball and a table tennis table and plenty of space to relax or let off steam.
For us it is an oasis of peace! The property is mostly wooded with cork oaks and pine trees. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. In the morning you can only hear the neighbor's rooster...

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war vor und während des Urlaubs hervorragend. Sie haben sich im Voraus schon sehr nett bei uns gemeldet und waren bei Fragen und Problemen immer ansprechbar. Der Empfang im Haus - sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Anwesen mit tollem Pool - war sehr freundlich. Einzig die Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad liess ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Die Vermieter nahmen unsere Kritik mit Bedauern und einer Entschuldigung entgegen und versuchen dem Abhilfe zu schaffen. Das Haus bietet für zwei Familien (9 Pers.) genügend Platz. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Pascal
