You enter the “Ostseeflair by Seeblick Ferien ORO” vacation rental via an outdoor staircase; from here, you can immediately step out onto the first south-facing balcony (approx. 25 m²), where a beach chair, teak deck chair, and other comfortable furniture await you for relaxation. The entryway leads to the living and dining area, which includes an additional shower room and a separate toilet. On the second level is your bathroom, which is sure to delight wellness enthusiasts, as it features a floor-level XXL walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub, a sauna (infrared cabin) with color light therapy, and a radio with Bluetooth. Past the wellness oasis are two well-designed bedrooms with space for five adults and a stunning view of the water. The master bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with an additional 50-inch smart TV and a view of the marina, while a bunk bed (bottom: 1.40 x 2.00, max. 180 kg), (top: 90 x 200, max. 75 kg) for 3 people in the second bedroom, which overlooks the Schlei.

The highlight, however, is the perfectly designed, light-filled living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. It features a loft-style layout, allowing all rooms to flow seamlessly into one another and blending the living space with nature. The integration of the open kitchen—with its excellent amenities and functional design—ensures that nothing stands in the way of cozy get-togethers, even while preparing all sorts of delicacies. The waterfront view in front of the dining area, with a 180-degree panoramic view of the entire harbor and the Baltic Sea, is right at your fingertips—that’s Baltic Sea charm. The second north-facing balcony (approx. 8 m²) is accessed from the living area; here, our guests can make themselves comfortable on additional seating and wind down the day with a sundowner as the evening sun sets.
This apartment offers spectacular plays of sunlight thanks to its two balconies facing south and north. The interior design reflects the vacation rental’s exclusive location: a country-style aesthetic paired with clean colors and shapes promises tranquility and seclusion, while individual pops of color add a refreshing sense of lightness.
The entire vacation rental can be easily heated via the underfloor heating system and, thanks to the wood-burning stove and sauna, offers pleasant warmth and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere all year round. Entertainment in the living area is provided by a 55-inch smart TV with Bluetooth and a Samsung soundbar, a PlayStation, a Blu-ray player, a separate internet radio, and a collection of games.
The Weber electric grill rounds out the high-quality amenities.
