Super tolles, modernes Haus mit top Lage und sehr guter Ausstattung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch vieles mehr ;) Das einzige was man noch brauchen könnte ist vielleicht ein Schuhanzieher und ein paar kleine Teller. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und das Wellnessbad sind ein Traum... Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommen gern wieder!

Im Außenbereich hätten die vielen Spinnenweben mal entfernt werden können, dies haben wir dann selbst getan. Sonst war alles prima.

Great location right in front of the sea and the lighthouse. The property is modern and very well equipped. You can reach the town and beaches within a 10 minute car ride. When you are traveling with kids the house is amazing. Baby beds, chairs, safety rails, plates, all taken care of.

The property is managed by a third party called Port 54 which you can only reach through the booking.com chat. They respond reasonable fast, yet the fees they charge for their service are ridiculous. Here is the breakdown: € 249 Cleaning fee per stay € 60 Property service charge per stay € 75 Towel fee per stay € 30 Electricity fee per stay € 75 Bed linens fee per stay On top of that you have to pay a security deposit of 300 Euros directly to the owner. Until today I have not received that money back. Instead they sent me a message saying that they would discount 25 Euros from the security deposit (if I actually get it back one day) because the trash cans were not empty. 250 Euros cleaning fee paid upfront, and they charge extra for taking out two trash bags! Hilarious.
