About this apartment rental
Hollin Hall is an old farmstead set in beautiful Great Fryupdale. in the North York Moors National Park, the Yorkshire Cycle Hub is in the dale & has a super cafe and also cycle hire. Lealholm the local village has excellent amenities with a village shop, a post office with a garage, tea rooms, a pub, a cake/sandwich shop, and an outstanding garden nursery, well worth a visit.
Our Cottage style Annexe is a perfect little base for people that want to explore the stunning North York Moors National Park with breathtaking Moorlands and Dale villages, unique Market Towns, or a short drive to the beautiful historic coastline and quaint old fishing villages of Robin Hoods Bay, Staithes, Runswick Bay etc or the famous town of Whitby. Take a ride on the amazing North York Moors Steam Railway. visit the TV show's HEARTBEAT village of Adensfield, ( Goathland) so much to do and see, and we are perfectly based to visit all of these locations.
Cottage style Annexe has 4 comfortable rooms, own entrance Kitchenette, Belfast sink Kettle toaster combination microwave (oven/grill/microwave) Single Ring Hob Slowcooker larder fridge pots cutlery
Complimentary Breakfast Cereals Tea Coffee Sugar.
Fresh eggs from our hens when available.
Downstairs shower room /toilet, washbasin towels.
Cosy Snug lounge with log burner, 1 basket of logs incl, additional extra (winter only) DVD player/movies

The entire Annexe of 4 rooms, a shared drive for parking.
Other things to note
The listing is for a private guest suite/ cottage annexe which includes, entrance to the kitchenette, shower room, cosy snug with log burner, with stairs to a double bedroom, which can accommodate 2 guests.
The Kitchenette is ideal for making breakfasts, snacks and light meals.
The Wifi is switched off around 10.30 pm evening and back on around 8.30 am morning.
We do need an ETA from all guests the day before your due to arrive so we can make sure we are here to meet you.

We were very happy with our choice of this farmhouse . It is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the dales. Margaret was a great host and always close at hand to answer any of our questions.

Very nice place, lots of room, facilities for cooking, etc. The water comes from a local spring so it's perfectly drinkable and very nice. Thank you Margaret, we really loved it.
