El apartamento estaba muy bien situado, perfecto para una pareja con su bebé, urbanización tranquila y con piscina. Bastante limpio y muy bien equipado.
Quizá seria valorable el poner mosquiteras, de esta forma se podría dejar la ventana abierta (ya que por las noches entra la brisa) y así ahorrar en energía (aire acondicionado o ventilador)

Positives: close to the beach, with a quiet area around the swimming pool. A broken balcony shutter was immediately repaired.
Caution: Apartment is best when you have a car, the walk to Denia is an hour, closest supermarket is 0.3 miles.
Not really suitable for a family with children. Property is basically a studio, with little space when all beds are in use. Basically, everybody needs to go to sleep and wake up at the same time. There is no space for a sofa or kitchen table.
