This cozy and lively home is perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and intimate home away from home. Additionally, this home is a dog-friendly accommodation, which means you can bring your furry friend along on your vacation.
This 1550 +/- square foot home features an open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen complete with Keurig coffee maker, dining room, and living room with a gas fireplace. The living room also has a shuffleboard table and foosball table for those who have a fun or competitive edge. Off the living room, 13 Timber has a private deck with a private hot tub. This home has 3 bedrooms, and two full bathrooms so there's plenty of space for everyone.
13 Timber is located in the heart of Sunriver, just a short walk or bike ride away from the Sunriver Village Mall, and SHARC. Here, you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and activities. This home is also just a 20-minute drive from Mt. Bachelor ski resort, making it an ideal location for winter sports enthusiasts.
Plus, you will have access to a range of community amenities, including access to SHARCs swimming pools, tube slides, lazy river and hot tub which are located within just a short walk. However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.
With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.
SHARC Access 2026 - Free Unlimited: This home provides for 8 free unlimited access SHARC passes. These will be left in the home/condo for your convenience.

Amenities and location were great. The home was clean and well stocked. Our only complaint, there was no overhead vent above the stove.

Overall a great property. Location in Sunriver is perfect. My only complaint is not having AC but that is being addressed in August of 2022. Clean, great location and overall a good property for our family (2 adults 2 kids).
