We rented for our son’s wedding weekend. The house is as advertised. There is plenty of room for larger parties. The grounds are pretty. The kitchen is amazing. I had a couple special requests and the hosts were very accommodating. It’s a great house for a family gathering.

Positive: Spatially wonderful, allowing us to bring together 4 different households in one home and still enjoy moments where you needed space and enjoy the pool as an all-day activity. The kitchen is labeled thoughtfully for visitors, and there are plenty of pool and house towels. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of kids’ toys in the front sitting room for young kids, and although we didn’t have any with us, it would be nice to find if we did. The majority of the bedrooms were phenomenal: but the master bed left a little to be desired. All bathrooms were stocked well with soaps, shower gels, etc. We did not expect that! Air conditioning worked flawlessly on hot days. There is a fire pit outside and a nice charcoal grill for the stay. The property owner was responsive when we noticed there were no umbrellas by the pool and had some shipped immediately. Lastly, the pool was wonderful; ranging from about 3ft on one end to maybe 8 feet deep on the other side. You could tell the pool was clean and maintained with chlorine. Opportunities: This is run by a rental company, so it feels like it’s missing the care a homeowner would value. I share these to suggest improvements, not complain. Ex: outdoor pics posted are years old, misrepresenting the wear of the backyard. Everything outside the house is dated or worn down; needing a coat of paint or to be power washed. (gazebo, carport, pool fence, etc). A coat of paint would turn this into a 10/10. There were no pool umbrellas availa
