My favorite was the backyard amenities. The miniature golf course, hot tub and family games were awesome. The house was huge and great for group or family stay! We also enjoyed the upstairs balcony...A great view! The property isn't far from downtown area. We got a chance to take Nashville Tour...so awesome! Nashville is beautiful!
Privacy & Location. The Glass patio Entry Doors front/back with no shades or blinds was my least favorite. I wasn't comfortable getting in the hot tub due to it was shared/connected to another side of the property where someone else live. In addition, the property was located on top of hill in an alley.

Streets are tiny but they have parking in rear and front so no issues

Nice home; clean, spacious and well located. Excellent size bedrooms and the living space was nice. We really enjoyed the outside corn hole game.
We had trouble with the electronic system on arrival and this was never sorted out despite a number of communications. And the contract we were asked to sign an hours before check in was off putting with lots of conditions and an insistence we'd leave a 5* review.

doing the laundry for sheets- dont mind stripping the bed and leaving the sheets of on the floor- but doing the laundry was too much for me as as I on vacation and running out of check out time which did not factor that guest are supposed to do the laundry.
