Ładnie urządzone małe mieszkanko z piękną strefą zewnętrzną.

Po całodniowej zabawie w energilandi czekał na nas wygodny apartament, czysty z przepięknym taras z ogródkiem, idealny do wypoczynku. Dzieciaki zachwycone.

Czystość oraz wyposażenie mieszkania (niczego nie brakowało), do tego Żabka oraz restauracja ze śniadaniami tuż obok. No i oczywiście, bliskość do Energylandii. Super kontakt w właścicielami.

The location.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to significant discrepancies between the listing and reality, and the host's unreliable booking management. ​First, after paying for our non-refundable reservation, the host changed our dates without our consent. We had to spend time and energy communicating to get our original dates back. After resolving this mix-up, I specifically asked the host if everything would be fine with our stay, and they explicitly assured me it would be. ​However, upon arrival, we were directed to a different unit than the "LUX" apartment we booked. Several amenities listed were missing or not as described: - ​There was no air conditioning, despite it being listed. - ​The apartment lacked a dishwasher. - ​It was significantly smaller than advertised and did not have a separate bedroom. - ​The terrace was not as pictured. - ​Parking was on the street, instead of the advertised underground garage. ​When we arrived and saw the issues, we called the host immediately. Since she did not speak English, a man had to translate for her over the phone, and we could not reach a fair resolution. Because of this, we contacted Booking.com customer service. It was only later that evening—likely prompted by our official complaint—that the host left a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine at our door, along with a text message promising a free night in the future. She did not even knock to discuss the situation face-to-face. ​Booking.com customer service ultimately stepped in to provide a small partial refund. While the host cited personal emergencies for the initial date mix-up, some sweets left at the door do not compensate for a family arriving at an apartment that falls entirely short of what was advertised and paid for. Future guests should be aware that what you book here might not be what you get.
