Very well equipped apartment. In the kitchen, all cutlery, pots, bowls, electric hob (I don't know if induction). In the bathroom there is a washing machine, chemicals, cleaning equipment. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the shop (Stokrotka, Biedronka, Netto). Underground garage. Everything is great and at a fairly high level.
Energylandia by walking possible but you need to have 20 min to walk if you don't want to rush.

Light apartment, free parking, easy to open the doors, close to Energylandia, close to groceries.
Water did not drain normally from both sinks (bathroom and kitchen). It was not clear if the tray by the sink contained soap or dish detergent. Washing machines door is broken. It is very hard to open it. For women- impossible. Shower faucet was dripping.
