Dark and damp

We did like the location in the old part of town. All the venues we visited could be reached by foot.

It wasn't made very clear that we had to collect the keys from a key box outside a building called Monoprix. Not being French I didn't know that this is a supermarket chain. Found it quite easily eventually but then weren't sure which door of which building was our accommodation; no sign at all. It wasn't the house featured on the photo in booking.com it was the one next door. Coming inside we were hit by this musty smell you sometimes find when going into damp cellars, it was in the entire flat. We wouldn't come back.

Une belle adresse pour découvrir la belle ville d'Arles !

Dans le vieil Arles, ce logement est idéalement situé : tout peut se faire à pied. L'appartement a été rénové tout en conservant le charme des vieilles pierres. Il est très bien équipé et l'hôte est très réactif quand on le contacte.

J'aurais apprécié des chaises plus confortables dans la pièce principale.

Tolles Appartement und sehr gute Agentur!!

Das Appartement ist in der Altstadt gelegen- von aussen sieht es aus, wie ein alter Altbau, dann waren wir doch überrascht, wie schön es von innem war. Durch die Hinterhoflage und die dicken Wände war es nachts schön kühl und ruhig. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in etwa 100m Entfernung, der zwar tagsüber kostenpflichtig ist - aber ganz moderat. Das höchste, was ich bezahlt habe, waren einmal zehn Euro. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieteragentur war toll und unproblematisch. Wir wurden sehr gut betreut!

La qualité de l'appartement et de son contact nous ont permis un séjour très agréable en Arles.

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée, dans une impasse extrêmement calme. Notre contact, Régis, était très sympa et nous a dit où garer la voiture gratuitement. Situation de l'appartement entre les arènes et la place Voltaire, parfait.
