Pros: Ian is a wonderful host. He reached out before and even offered us to check in early. He met up with us and made sure that we had everything that we need. This was the first time we stayed in a container home-Very novel. The host provided for coffee and and had all the utensils.
Cons: Biggest con-We booked it so we could go to Mt Rainier NP. When we booked it, it was named Studio 9 mi to Mt Rainer, which we found was not practically true. It may have been true at one point. It is over an hour's drive to RNP. That really put a cramp in our plans. That is on us-we should have checked. That was my biggest gripe.
I do note that host has renamed the place appropriately now.
This is a novel idea and I wish the host the best. Also on a positive note the host fosters dogs at that place (the dogs do not bother the guests).
