The RV comfortably sleeps up to **4 guests** and features a **private queen bedroom**, **two bunk beds**, a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and a functional kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Fresh linens, towels, and complimentary Wi-Fi are included.
Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Auburn, Auburn Station, Highway 18, SR-167, and I-5, you`ll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, parks, and local attractions throughout the Seattle-Tacoma area.
Please note that this is a **stationary RV parked beside our property**, not at a campground or RV park. It offers a simple, cozy place to stay and a chance to experience RV living. Because the property is located near a main road, you should expect some traffic noise during the day and evening. As with most RVs, the space is compact and designed for functionality rather than luxury. The RV remains parked throughout your visit and is **not available to drive or tow**.

* Checkout: By 11:00 AM
* Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children recommended)

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
* The RV is stationary and may not be driven or towed.
* Registered guests only. Visitors require prior approval.
* Please wash dishes and dispose of trash before checkout.
* Lock the RV whenever you leave.
* Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
* Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
