The apartment was nice, clean and look exactly like on pictures. It was very well equipped (water kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryier, cleaning equipment, towels). We have travelled with a dog so we especially enjoyed the garden, which was easily accessible from our balcony. Wifi worked perfectly, strong and fast. The beach is just 450m walk, the same for promenade. Closest grocery store is small Zabka on the promenade (700m) and there is big Biedronka and Lidl on the other side of the Park Zdrojewski (15-20min walk). The park is amazing for walks or run.

The booking confirmation states, that you should receive check-in info one week prior to the stay. But the usual way is that the host will email you the code to the box with keys only minutes before 15:00, which is the check-in time. The host said there is free parking on the street, which is true, but it was nonstop full. Beach visitors park there too, so it was close to impossible to park there during the day. Also, the walls in the building are quite thin so you might experience some noise occassionaly.
