I love the location and the ever warm reception staff.
There was no provision for cleaning the room or changing bed sheets after more than a three weeks' stay

The convenience to get into the town centre
The key card deactivated before the sign out time and so I got stuck in the courtyard

Clean studio flat with a comfortable bed.
There was a really loud fan/vent in the room that couldn't be turned off and prevented me from sleeping at night. Window didn't open so it could get warm and stuffy especially after cooking.

The room and en-suite bathroom were both nice and clean, and the city-center location is excellent.
The shared kitchen (via linking doors) to the next room was uncleaned and no crockery/cutlery/cooking equipment was provided. The doors linking the room to the kitchenette (and therefore next door room) were also not very secure! The room was also extremely hot, following the recent heatwave, and impossible to cool down as the windows were fully sealed/did not open. Moved to another room (fully self-contained) after a few days, but this was also very hot throughout my stay!!
